The International Regulations for Preventing Collision at Sea are dealt with in detail. During the course students sit three exams. Successful students will be awarded the RYA Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Theory Shorebased Certificate. The course is run on Monday evenings leading to a formal examination with papers on the Collision Regulations, Meteorology and Navigation/Chartwork.
